This past Friday (May 1) we celebrated my BF’s son’s birthday. He turned 19 on May 3.
I went to my selection of cards, only to find that only one white embossed card existed and I had no more envelopes. Sighs… since I did not have time, I used the card and simply tucked the card (along with his gift of money) into a tiny gift bag.
Yesterday, my daughter and I hung out the entire day and so I started making cards/envelopes.
I love bright colors and so naturally I chose the appropriate card stock and patterned paper.
I also wanted something quick and simple so I did not get elaborate with emboss, stamps, etc., I’ll be making more cards this week, to build up my supply and I’m sure I’ll get a bit more fancy, although I don’t think I’ll get as elaborate with mine as Jennifer.
Lovely card(s)! Hand made are the BEST!!!!! What a fun mother/daughter day and activity, too! Nice!

@suituapui, Thanks, I’ll pass on the belated greetings to his son. I had fun making them. I still need to make some holiday cards. I’m hoping to do that later this week.
