Earlier today, I stumbled upon this video. I must say it came at the right time since I’ve been thinking about fermenting carrot juice.
I believe I’ll start fermenting some today.

We have carrots cut into thin strips in our local pickles (with cucumber, pineapple and so on) but they do not come cheap here, not in our tropical country.

@suituapui, Ahh yes, I imagine so. We’re the opposite can’t grown tropical produce here, but I can get it from warmer parts of the USA.
