It’s been a while since I written about the digestive system, one effective way I’ve found to keep things moving is to do colonic massage. Based on how effective it can be, it’s something I incorporate into my daily lifestyle.

A few years ago I asked some advice from my local herb lady and she told me about this. It wasn’t as well explained as this video was but it was a quick crash coarse I guess you could say. It have found that it helps. Another thing that used to help me is to lay on my stomach in the evenings, too. For about 10 mins.

@Jennifer, This is something I incorporate into my weekly routine. I’m regular now, but definitely can see the benefits and have found that I expel more waste by simply doing a colonic massage.
