My gym workouts are always intense, I’ve found that the perfect end to an awesome workout is spending time in the sauna.
I normally stay about an hour in the sauna. Sometimes I do sauna rounds and other times I’ll just stay in the entire time. Of course, I make sure I stay hydrated.
Dunno how true but I hear it is not for people with hypertension & heart problems.
