For the past several days, I’ve had difficulty sleeping. I go to bed around 10:30ish in the evening and typically awake at 1:30 a.m. Yeah, I know, that’s NOT a lot of sleep! This morning, I was awake shortly after midnight and did not get back to sleep until around 11:30. I could sleep for two hours and feel rested; however, I’ll need to get my sleep back on schedule. I’ve increased my intake of freshly made juices, which I’m hoping will be helpful. I’m still exercising daily. One room in our home is a gym, and I work out religiously. In the past few weeks, I have not been outdoors as much, so today, I made sure that I went outside with my working-line German Shepherd, Yoki. She’s outdoors daily but loves going on walks with me.
I’m hoping that I get more rest this evening. We’ll see!
I hear St John’s Wort and all the world are good.
I have taken that before; however, not recently. I’ll give that a try. I’ve been getting a bit more sleep; however, the challenge has been getting more than four hours. Red light therapy has increased my sleep by a bit, so hopefully, along with a few more herbs like St John’s Wort, it will improve my sleep. We shall see!
