I love juicing and this juice is one I prepare a lot during cold season. It helps keep colds and the flu at bay.

While I love this drink, because of the garlic, when making it for my daughter I do have to sweeten it a bit more since she does not like to taste the garlic.

@Jennifer, You should. I’ve been making some type of juice weekly. I don’t have to make it daily since the juice I make lasts a few days.

Just what I needed!!! Is amazing how an attitude or something so small like a juice can change so many things in your life, specially if you’re starting to become a vegan. In my case what I needed the most in my hardest moment was something to help me out with anxiety, the body is connected with our mind, spirit and soul, and almost all the time we’re not surrounded by easy going environments or situations. I’m an active worker woman, and I didn’t have enough time to get relaxed or to have a healthy diet and my body was starting to feel it, so i decided to find some way to make small changes and so on, basically I’ve changed almost everything,even my way of dressing, now i’m wearing moccasins, i feel more relaxed, it may sounds drastic but let me tell you that it worked!! When I’m in there that’s the moment of the day that is for me myself and I. And now I can see and FEEL the difference.
@Leah, My apologies for the delayed response and I know what you mean. You’re right, even small changes can make a huge difference! Congrats on making that step.
