This morning, I awoke with more energy than usual (that’s hard to beat.)
My juices are (usually) fairly intense, but when sharing a round of juice with my daughter I tone them down a lot.
Here’s what I had about ten minutes ago.
What’s in this juice?
- Collards
- Spinach
- Carrots
- Garlic
- Small onion
NICE deep green color with all of those greens! Very nice!

@Jennifer, Thanks Jennifer, you should have seen the one I made last evening. Now that juice was intense. I let my daughter have a sip and it was much too powerful for her.
I should have wheat grass sometime next week.I look forward to adding those into my juices. I was planning on liquid fasting for just one week only, but I’m increasing it to two weeks since a few want to join me. So, I’ll definitely be posting all my juices next week.

@suituapui, I only get hungry if I forget to drink my juice. I felt some hunger pangs late yesterday afternoon, but then realized I had only drank juice that morning before work.
I will say last evening I thought I was hungry but when I thought about it I realized it was a craving no true hunger. That being the case I didn’t consume anything.
